Alice Angus has chronicled, through drawing, the construction of The Revelator, a nomadic wall of death, creative space, art school, theatre, gallery and 16mm cinema Clydebuilt in Glasgow. From her ink drawings, photographs and some archive documentation of the Barclay Curle building, we created this collage screen print using the colours of retired ship-building machinery, red oxide steel beams and the warm timber of the wall of death. All proceeds from the sale of this edition go towards the continuing building of the Revelator, a project made entirely by a collective of volunteers coalesced by artist Stephen Skrynka.
